I upgraded my OS and I cannot activate in Version 2 , I get an error !
Solution
Host id change is needed for the server to recognize your machine:
Please go to the 'Advanced Options choice' in your activation window.
When you hit next, you will see a host id displayed in the pull-down window.
That's the id you activated with on your old OS. If you pull down the window you will get more host id's. Just change the host id showing to something different, finish, close the program, then when you go back in, it should activate to one of those other host id's.
