Posted by DFX Software Support-Jena on 11 October 2016 07:27 PM

Recent changes to Mac OSX 10 required that we modify our license manager. This affects activating and deactivating.

If you receive a 2110 error, please follow the manual install for the license manager below.

Manually install the license manager

- Download the license manager from: HERE
- Double-click on the file that is downloaded.
- When the window opens, double-click on the FxLicenseManager.pkg and run through the install process.
- Start the Digital Film Tools software and try activating using Internet Activate.

---------------------------------------------------------------

ONLY If the above steps do NOT get you activated.

-Please let us know that you tried everything in KB article 'error 2110 on the Mac"

-Provide us with the host id's of your machine. You can get the host id's from the Activation Option screen by checking Advanced Options> click next and then use the copy icon next to the pull down menu to copy ALL host id's.

-Please provide all host id's in your support ticket.
