Did not receive my order via email ?

Sometimes certain email clients tag us for spam (GMail, Hotmail, MSN ..)

Check your spam filter first to see if the Tiffen confirmation is there. Please contact us by creating ticket or call Tiffen customer service at 800-645-2522  and give us the details on your purchase.

And make sure to add support@tiffen.helpserve.com to your address book, to ensure that you receive the Tiffen Confirmation email that contains the license code.

Some email clients eradicate what they consider spam, please have an alternate email address when calling into customer service, license numbers will not be given out on over the phone.
