Customer and Technical Support for Dfx Software, photo fx , photo fx ultra and cool fx apps

All free technical support is given to registered owners of DFX license.

Support is given on a first come/ first serve basis via our email ticket system.

We allow ourselves 24 hours from time of ticket to respond. However must issues are resolved within a few hours.

The hours of support are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with the exception of holidays.
