I have created a support ticket and have not heard back from Tiffen DFX support.

We make every effort to answer your inquiries in a timely manner. Usually within 24 hours and sometimes under a few hours depending on how busy we are. Please note that Tiffen Customer Service reserves the right to refuse support or responding to any emails that contain profane or vulgar language. In addition, Tiffen will notify the authorities should it persist.

  1. Make sure that you have created a support ticket at
  2. You should receive an auto-response email after you created your support ticket within a few minutes. **Check your spam or junk mail folder to see if the Dfx software support email was re-routed to these folders.
  3. Make note of the support hours which are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm EST. Certain holidays are excluded and you can check our Dfx home page for notices.

Note: Submitting tickets late in the day or week may be answered the next business day.
