What is a proof of removal?

At certain times, the technical support team may ask you to do a Proof of Removal.

Proof of Removal directions for Dfx v1, v2 and v3:
1) Open up the DFX Software, go to the Help Menu > License and select "Remove License" and then Next. Follow the procedure to remove your product license/code by pressing the appropriate button and confirm action if necessary.
2) In the support ticket, provide us with the Host ID and Removal Code.

We can then verify if the removal was done correctly by our activation server.

Proof of Removal is final and cannot be reversed.

DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS UNLESS YOU ARE ASKED TO DO THIS BY THE TIFFEN DFX SUPPORT TEAM.
